Residential FloodPlus

Cover is available for homeowners for occupancy types including primary, secondary, seasonal, tenanted, vacant and COC/renovation.

For all flood zones (A, B, C, X, V and unmapped), coverage can be purchased for:

• dwelling values of up to $1million
• contents $500,000
• alternative accommodation
• cover for outbuildings in addition to main limit of indemnity for buildings
• worldwide cover for personal property.

 

Commercial FloodPlus

• Offering coverage for up to 2.5million TIV incorporating BPP, building and business interruption.
• Available across the US, and covers property temporarily removed covered up to 45 days at any other location.
• Business income extension available
• Broader cover for BPP than NFIP, being more consistent with standard commercial property form.
